With her dedicated years of experience, Marilyn Upton helps her clients deal with their fears, anxieties and everyday situations that hold them back in life.

About Marilyn Upton

Marilyn Upton has been a hypnotherapist, stress manager, and CBT therapist for more than 25 years.

Marilyn works with a variety of issues including anxiety and low mood, sleep problems, phobias, unwanted habits such as smoking or vaping, public speaking, and lack of confidence. She also teaches stress management techniques, helping her clients to deal with everyday stressful situations. CBT is useful for the management of a variety of mental health conditions and unwanted behaviours, helping people change their negative thoughts into positive ones.

At the first session, you will receive a free relaxation MP3 to help induce a meditative and tranquil state of mind.

Marilyn is a Fellow of the Association of Hypnotherapy and Stress Management (AHSM). She has a Degree in Education and is DBS checked, which allows her to work with children and vulnerable adults.
